American hardship during the Great Depression was extremely enormous. in that respect were bity worrys, just now the main one was the economy. The economy wasnt doing well at all. Unemployment was on a rise, businesses were failing. The reason of that is because the storehouse market was doing badly, there were overproduction and a crash which is product line prices go down. There was a huge gathering of people trying to withdrew there life saving but couldnt. They were left with loans and debt they couldnt pay. A college educated woman in New York was affected by this as well. One problem she faced was that she also couldnt pay her rent so as day went by and by they took her belongings and locked her room access so she couldnt make believe in.
