On Black Thursday, The Wall Street Crash of 1929, October 24 excessively known as the Great Crash was terrible, it was the worse business market crash ever. There was a huge gathering of people trying to withdrew there life saving but couldnt. They were left with loans and debt they couldnt pay. A college educated woman in New York was affected by this as well. One problem she faced was that she also couldnt pay her rent so as day went by and by they took her belongings and locked her room access so she couldnt make believe in.
Second she couldnt spring up word a job and while searching for one for a month she had intense heat, growing nausea, weakness, and starvation because she didnt learn enough money to pay for food.
Their was doubt and panic over many people withdraw their savings from the banks fearing the worst. Some were ineffective to as banks began to close down. Industrial product came to a stop.
To advance hope, many kitchens opened to the people. People formed long lines for sluttish food offered by various groups. What they served was coffee, donuts and soup. This was for the unemployed and the homeless, even those who couldnt make ends meet.
