All of the biggest technological inventions created by man - the airplane, the automobile, the electronic computer; says little about intelligence, but speaks volumes about his laziness ( mark Kennedy). In a few of Ray Bradburys short stories engineering is a severe problem. Primarily technology slows hindrance. Also, humankinds misuse of technology leads to their end. Lastly technology can negatively alter the future. Kennedy suggests the people only invent these machines to create little work for themselves and Bradburys beliefs agree with him as well. In Ray Bradburys the baby-walker technology impacts society in a negative way. To begin,technology in this futuristic society turns everyone antisocial. As Leonard Mead enter[s] out into the silence that [describes] the metropolis life at eight o clock at dark (96). Every mortal is sitting at home doing slide fas hug druger but watching T.V. when they should be going out and seemly more active. Inaddition, technology also affects the health of society. In Leonards ten years of walking he never [meets] another person walking night or day(98). People ar too reliant on car and bec[omes] extremley lazy which leads to tip gain and a decreased lifespan.
Furthermore , technology in negatively impacting society by victorious jobs away from tight working people. The police car stops Leonard and it asks for his name in a metallic whisper(98). Instead of having a factual police force in a city in that location is only one automated police car taking thousands of jobs away from police officers. Overall, Bradbury explains the horrific display of technology on society in the floor.
