In the elections of 1912 the republican candidates, Roosevelt and Taft snap off the Republican Party. With this the democrats had a bigger chance to win the elections, and they nominate Dr. Woodrow Wilson.
The Democracies planed a new program called New Freedom which would complicate many progressive reforms. Whereas Roosevelt had a program called New patriotism in mind. These two projects became the key issues of the elections. The main difference amidst them was that in Roosevelts the government should control the bad depone, going away the good one alone and free to operate slice Wilsons objective was to break up all trust and basically shun social-welfare proposals.
